Alexander Ryan Sokolof is an associate attorney at Pastore & Dailey LLC in its Stamford office.
Mr. Sokolof is a participant in both our litigation and transactional practices areas but focuses his time on our Real Estate and Securities Litigation practices. Mr. Sokolof has an interest in representing commercial real estate developers and real estate private equity firms.
Mr. Sokolof is a graduate of Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he graduated with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use and a concentration in Corporate Law and Compliance. He was the Managing Editor of Pace International Law Review and hosted a 2019 symposium on human rights. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from S.U.N.Y. Binghamton.
