Chip Cabot is a Law clerk at Pastore & Dailey, LLC in its Stamford and NYC offices.
Chip is primarily involved with our litigation practice in the areas of securities law and corporate governance. Chip has a background in real estate transactions and financing in the New York City area, wills, trusts and estate planning, construction litigation, and constituent relations for Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown.
Chip graduated from the Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University where he studied land use, environmental law, international law and corporate law. Chip received a B.A. in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. While enrolled at Trinity College, Chip was a co-captain of the Trinity College Ski Team and helped to establish several social clubs including the Trinity College bowling club and the Trinity College barbeque club. Chip is an avid skier and golfer, and has a passion for travel and history.
