Melissa Rose McClammy is Counsel at Pastore & Dailey LLC.
Ms. McClammy is an experienced litigator who has represented clients in a wide range of complex commercial matters. She has litigated cases in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Following her graduation from Yale Law School, Ms. McClammy served as a law clerk to Hon. Miriam Goldman Cedarbaum, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York. She then began her career as a litigator at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where she handled all stages of complex civil litigation, first as an associate and then as counsel. Ms. McClammy left Paul Weiss to spend time raising her children and volunteering in the Greenwich, Connecticut community, where she resides. She returned to the practice of law and became counsel with Pastore & Dailey in 2019.
Ms. McClammy earned her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was an Articles Editor of the Yale Law Journal. She earned her B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Yale University. She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and New York.
